4 & 5 point Calvinism teaches that there are no conditions for our salvation. It's true that we don't earn it by obedience, works or merit we do exercise our wills to receive Christ which they insist we can't do since that to them is merit but it's not what the Bible means by merit. They insist we must believe there's no conditions for our salvation by keeping the 5 points of; Calvinism in mind. Not only is that itself a condition but it's works as well since it's a lot of work to silence all the contradictions in scripture from your mind & it's a logical understanding taught by a man. The other extreme is wrong but this is; just a different work & much harder especially without free will/choice & the dehumanization you must swallow, the desensitizing your heart towards others & the possibility of evanescent grace would be like walking a tight rope while keeping the mess behind you firmly in your mind.
