I’d rather have an active stream than a dead one.

It really just depends on the user. If I have faith they can change I’ll keep them on time out, if not I’ll just excommunicate them

I'm saying that if we permabanned all the newgens that cause problems, then good users quite possibly would start returning. Like Corpse, Wallhammer, Del, etc.
