As an atheist, time for a comeback:
1. 2000 years of "documented history, philosophy and theology":
a) I don't think you have any confirmed "miracles" documented
b) Philosophy is only a video and not necessarily the truth
c) Theology is not proof of anything
2. Us atheists actually take the time to look for inaccuracies, although you can't pretend that there have been no controversies in your church
3. Here's how you can counter each of St. Thomas Aquinas's arguments that God HAS to exist:
a) The problem with the motion argument is that you can't just deduce that "if no first mover, then no motion, but motion, therefore God", since this is based on the assumption that time is a closed space and there is a beginning somewhere
b) For the casues and effects, it's basically the same counter-argument as for motion
c) For the third "way", if there was absolutely nothing at some point, that means there was no God(as defined by the previous ways) and you've just proven that everything is somewhat existent and in motion since forever
d) The problem with gradation is that you can only gradate absolute(or physical) values, as everything else is relative. And were there a being with a "perfect" physical value, it's still relative because due to relativity of perfection, nothing is truly perfect.
e) If something acts out of knowledge, apply the ława of dynamics to find out what happens to it(don't think that requires a God though).
