Did it not tell you? It should have given you an email. It could have been due to “bot activity” where you just spam reblog everything and don’t add tags or anything. Try hitting “reblog” instead of “reblog now” and type something, lmao. Adding onto that it could be because of how within the first 30 minutes of your blog I couldn’t find any actual posts besides reblogs
