The only noteworthy “creations” that could be physically fallen into would be the core and the determination extraction machine. As any other known tech was either made by alphys, not something that could mess with time and space (ex. Microwave) or with unknown origin but still not dangerous (ex. Hotland lasers. We don’t know who exactly made those but you can fall in without being shattered)
