Not really. It would take about 4 burgers per day to make any kind of difference. Problem is that Testosterone pretty much works as a blocker for estrogen, so you'd need a T blocker on top.
It is actually real. Though it's only apparent in the plant-based products due to the soy. To equal the amount of actual HRT, you'd have to eat about 4.
