Yes. Though, I queued a fighter from S Neutral tier next. So Ness will appear in #04. Also, this series comes to a close if I roast a fighter and someone says I roasted their main. I use Ness, but not the spammy way. I also don't main him.
I published Pt. 3, but because of your request for Ness, I released Pt. 4 early. I then named this series the Great Roster Roast, and also made it open to requests! Thanks to you, Great Roster Roast posts will happen more frequently(?).
