i tried my best to use your rules, i used 19.5 points for the character and still had 20.5 points left (40 points right?) also i forgot to add weakness: he's a normal human (not immune to poisons, ice, fire, or anything else, can die normally of sickness or age)

Yeah, I think some but you can still use those 20.5 on the character
