Yeah, both gunman who have targeted him have all been reported as Republicans. The last one said he voted for him and thought the office of the presidency might make him Presidential. Shocker, it didn't. There's no place for physical violence in our politics (or in any case for that matter). However it extremely rich for the right to start talking about turning down the temperature, when all the right does is create fear and anxiety and spew hatred to try to win votes. Look at Trump's own comments about Hattians eating pets, completely false, but he placed a target on their back and has used stochastic terrorism to try to get people to vote for him; which directly resulted in that city being physically terrorized by the extremists his words exacerbated. They can't win on polices, because they aren't popular. It's funny, to notice that Red Hat is just hatred when you flip it around.
