"Former US intelligence officer and author Rebekah Koffler says Russian President Vladimir Putin favors Kamala Harris to become US president.
Ms Koffler said Russian intelligence “profiled” the vice president as “vapid, unintelligent, and incompetent”.
“They profiled Trump as unpredictable and very difficult to read and manipulate and outplay,” she told Sky News host James Morrow."
