using a modded two-shot snowball cryolator (snowball thing is a weapon modification in the base game, its not actually called that) (also you cant get a two-shot cryolator without modding the game) and by shooting it at your feet, it has a very good chance of either killing you instantly if not in power armor and will either instantly break your PA legs or do heavy damage to them
