You went to the ER to get diagnosed?

long story short, my school saw a note i wrote where i was venting on, threatening to kms and threatening school staff cuz i was kinda angry that day and got my ass expelled for it
they made it mandatory to have me checked in the ER

I’m not diagnosed but I always have a low mood so I just say I am cause it’s the easiest way to explain why I always am negative
