You run for the House of Retardsentatives (moderator status), if you win, boom, you a representative (mod). You can be appointed a position by the prime minister (owner), and you can run for leader of your party. If you become leader, now you're running for prime minister (owner). If you win, boom, you're now the prime minister. You influence legislation (new rules proposed by mods), appoint people as roles, manage the stream, and other prime minister stuff.
