They actually did have a live action Mario Movie. It flopped horribly

The Mario Movie was not live action. It was animated. The Mario Movie from 1993 was live action. And it was... not good. I'll leave it at that.

it was actually decent in my opinion. the only thing they don't like about it is that "it wasn't accurate to games" but mind you- AT THAT TIME mario was nothin but a pixel man jumping over blocks and enemies, there was nothing to be accurate to.

it should've been animated, just like Minecraft's other Promotional material

this is my /srs opinion: that other minecraft promotional material is too undetailed to be a whole cinema movie, I think it should have been like a combination of minecraft story mode and those promotional material you talk about.

We actually owe Minecradft Story Mode an apology, bc the trailer for this current state of the film, is way worse tha Story Mode

I dont really think minecraft story mode is bad, I never played it but anyone who doesn't like it just says "it's not like a game it barely has any gameplay" but I played another telltale game (the walking dead) and its very good, it just focuses on story and drama more than gameplay
