hdds are slower than ssds generally but you might be fine depending on what you plan to do

why are you using an hdd, thats gonna slow it down

you need an NVMe or SSD



also you need a good graphics card, i recommend an Nvidia 3060 Ti



and at least 16GB of RAM

HDDs are cheaper for more storage for a reason. theyre super slow comparatively, they wear out eventually, theyre loud, and you have to defragment it occasionally which takes forever
