On August 13, 2003, a TV broadcast about nature and wildlife got hijacked. In the middle of the broadcast, there was a boiled and melted face. The face was called "PHEN-228." In case you're wondering, PHEN-228 has a full body and his head isn't chopped off. In the broadcast, he said that he will watch the viewer when they're sleeping. After that, live hospital footages were shown, obscuring PHEN-228's face. 509 got paralyzed after viewing the hijacked broadcast. A viewer of Broadcast 813 who got paralyzed said that he sees PHEN-228 standing by his house and then staring at him through the window. The broadcast was called "Broadcast 813." Every recording, image, etc slightly after Broadcast 813 were removed. After August 13, 2003, there was a 4 day power outage. Google says that it was caused by a very tall tree that interfered with the power lines. But I am very suspicious.
