It's Elon. The ones well suited with cognitive ability of moral reasoning have boycotted him for good reason.

I honestly don't really give a shit about him as a person, but he did help get the American space program back on its feet, which is something few people seem to be acknowledging. So there's that. What I don't understand is how so few people are talking about the fact that there's literally going to be a manned (albeit likely orbital) mission to Mars in 2028.

Executed? He's just the CEO, most likely he won't even be on the mission, and you're also completely ignoring the efforts of literally ever other person in a company with thousands of people who works at SpaceX just because the CEO happens to be a misogynist. (Not that I'm supporting misogyny.)

He is still in charge of the things his companies do.

But that's not the point. You're trivializing a massive human accomplishment because of someone's personal opinions. I don't agree with him on the way he treated his trans daughter, and I do think he's not exactly a great person, but that doesn't mean that something so huge as this is therefore somehow immediately bad.
