The Jack 'n Joe's Prostitutes are mexican/Hispanic and are extremely vulgar because I took inspiration from the modern Hip Hop and Rap artists. Especially the song "WAP", which seems like a song Jack 'n Joe's would have playing in the club. And I have a strong dislike for Modern Hip Hop and Rap, so I made the Jack 'n Joe's hookers have the similar personality that the modern artists have in the music.
