It was even worse back when they introduced it because before then dislikes could be used to show if what someone was saying was disinformation, like say COVID disinformation where an irrelevant drug is recommended for it, when in reality that drug could cause someone to become even sicker

I have premium but I don't see dislikes, is there a setting for it?
