This is Jimmy Hopkins

He's rude, sarcastic, and tired of everyone's bs

His mother who constantly divorces and marries hates him, and sends him off to boarding school while she goes on a yacht with her new husband (who's like the 5th guy she's married)

He's not a bully, in fact he is quite the opposite

Most of the game he literally beats every faction into submission to get them to stop fighting each other

(Those factions being the nerds, jocks, preppy kids, greasers, and the bullies)

Meanwhile this sociopath named Gary is pulling all the strings, essentially gaslighting all of the factions into believing that Jimmy is a jerk to them all (even though he kind of is sometimes)

sometimes you have to do the jerk thing for the hero reason

And then I think Gary gets you expelled from the school near the end of the game
