I feel like that mostly depends on the enby? If the person you're dating is okay with that, then sure, but if they're not comfortable with it, then no. To me, it is inherently non-heterosexual. I view heterosexuality as being between binary men and binary women (cis or trans). But I would suggest asking the individual in question.
