(And how his death happened)

The Return of Jerry Explained:
Jerry can’t just find a body, he has to earn one first. By doing the Gauntlet of Souls, a trial to decide his fate. In order to deem Jerry worthy of a second chance, he has to fight every major person he’s ever fought. This includes, The Dark King/Lord, The Dark Abomination, Chaos, and others. If Jerry can do this, he will be deemed worthy enough to be brought back.

Jerry never truly died, however his body did die. His body has contracted an ancient virus known as the Negative Virus. It consumes all energy from its host before killing it. Chaos had known this would happen. But didn’t expect Jerry to escape that quickly Jerry was unfortunately stabbed, killing the virus and Jerry in one final, fatal blow. I actually made a reference to Jerry’s return in that last story.

Jerry’s final words, “It doesn’t matter if you kill me, my friends will overthrow you one day, and i will be sitting up there, watching every bit of it.”

Jerry’s spirit did in fact watch Chaos die that day.
