For many years, the MSMG has been plagued. By 13-15 year olds that are starved from and/or desperate for attention saying slurs and suicide encouragement, as well as jokes about homophobia, racism, gore, and insensitize rape or sexual assault, in a desperate attempt to be funny or get any sense of validation. And by "femboys" and "horny" people, who think that they're "submissive sIutty little cumdump bottoms" despite still being in highschool and a lot of them not even being in 11th grade yet. One specific example I am very disappoint in is Potassium. He talks about sex as if he has it every day or wants to have it every day as if he isn't probably eleven years old. On top of this, mods aren't doing their job. An example that has happened recently at the time I am writing this, is when Drizzy disabled the 10k rule, leading to raiders spamming MSMG with femboy porn. If I am owner, this will never happen again (unless im asleep while it happens). Some other examples that you can see a lot is a moderator banning someone unfairly because they don't like them, even if they've done nothing wrong, or unbanning someone/not banning them because they do like them, even if they have done something bad. To this day, those "sigma" fake racists and "s**tty cumdump bottom" fake femboys are still running rampant to MSMG. You know who you are. I would also do a warning system for the moderators that do not do their jobs. Here's a basic rundown of it:
First offense- I will ask to memechat with them and ask them why they did that and give them a warning.
Second offense - I will remove their moderator for about 5 hours as a warning, and then give it back to them after this. This is just to inform them that I am serious.
Third offense - I will remove their moderator for an entire 24 hours, and talk to them again.
Fourth offense - I will remove their moderator permanently WITH 2 months time to appeal the removal.
Fifth offense - Moderator removed permanently with NO appeal.
Note that appeals such as "It was just a joke!" or "but I don't like him so he deserved it!" or "but I like him so he didn't deserve it!" will be rejected. Even if it's your second offense or your fourth, if I give you your mod back and you try to ban another moderator or ban an owner, it will be removed PERMANENTLY with NO appeal.
If an appeal is rejected, you ARE able to try again in 3 days.
