From Deists' perspective:
All men are created equal, . . .endowed by their Creator
with certain unalienable RIGHTS,
that among these are LIFE . . . It's not about who DESERVES to live. If there is no God, then no one has any "rights", least of all to live. 'RIGHTS' BECOME A "PRIVILEGE" DETERMINED BY THE GOVERNMENT OR THOSE WHO WILL TAKE POWER.
