Put a bowl an whisk in the freezer for 6-10 mins. It is also advisable too have icepack or two on hand as well.
Once removed put all ingredients in. Puerfurably you have it sitting on an icepack or an icepack held against its side. Plus in a cool room.
Mix for until thick (No longer like water) such as if you drag the whisk through ut it leaves a semi permanent trail, or it stick together in a chunkc when removed with spoon. This process may take 30-40 mins.
