However, he's said to me that he just comes off that way and it's not intentional, secondly nobody has EVER sent me any evidence or screenshots of things he's supposedly said even after I asked multiple people.

Plus I have reason to believe he's a young kid himself, I can give examples as to why I think that if you want.

Sorry for the delay, it was late, and thanks for hearing me out. Well unfortunately... I lost the first and most important piece somehow, but I still had the other 2 other messages from him which I had the forethought of screenshotting incase I had to prove it.

The first one which I couldn't find on my computer anymore I thought to have said something along the lines of "his tablet having safety features" (I asked him again, turns out I mis-interpreted and he actually just had it taken away for a little bit.)

If this guy is infact a pedo or even an adult, I find it really strange that he's doing chores, going to bed early, and using a tablet which was taken away, by presumably his parents. He has also consistently told me he's 15.

This I guess could be considered factual, except for the fact how he has provided no proof of the things he is doing

Thats true, he could make things up... But with the way he speaks with me in memechat I find it pretty unlikely. Just the same goes in the other direction, nobody have given proof that he's done much wrong either, if you do see or know of any, please do show me.

He does go around false flagging my friends, just because of what we think about him

I mean to be fair... They are basically following him around different streams and harassing him for something he may not have done, for example you, actively seeking him out in a stream that you likely haven't don't know anyone in, just to tell people who already know about him to ignore him.

How would you feel if that were you? You'd want it to stop, and wouldn't be able to make it stop, does that sound fair? Personally I don't think it's fair that your friends are chasing around one of mine with mal-intent.
