ok i shall now explain:
The worker drones are intended to represent the angels, in which the humans (god) created. Cyn/AS represents Lucifer, who rebels against god, represented in how AS wipes out the human race presumably. lucifer also corrupts several other angels (worker drones turned murder drones) whomst help do their bidding, becoming Fallen angels/Murder drones.
For the Vampire/Strigori bit, the original vampires from Romanian/Transylvanian myth are known as strigori. They are people who have taken their own life, thus rebelling against gods requests. both solver carriers & murder drones share similar traits such as:
- Weakness to sunlight
-Constant need to cannibalize
-Unable to see their reflection (AS Carriers instead break the mirror).
according to myth, strigori didn't just drink blood, they also consumed organs related to enternal life, such as the liver, but mostly the heart, which explains why Cyn likes eating cores. the USB crucifix patch also is used to "exorcise" the solver/Devil's influence
