1808 - l'approche (before last chapter nooo)

With his army of 60 million volunteers he marched through towns and cities of undead clearing them of all demonic beasts they were going to face.

In the snowy plains about 666 kilometers away from kaub there were hordes upon hordes upon hordes of undead. Hungry for the insides of faithful men and women fueled he ordered them to stay back and use ranged weapons to fend them off. On his white horse on which he sat grasping his flintlock he ordered his artillery to fire down on them of which they happily did so. They were still so far away from kaub and the devil's armies have already defended it.

There Jacques ordered his soldiers to charge with everything they had at the army and he believed they could all do it. With the yell of the fighters raising their bayonets and swords it could be heard from miles and miles and miles with the numbers of the undead starting to dwindle once they were 466 kilometers away it was insanity.

His troops were running twice as fast, the swung six times as hard and half faster than before. His Calvary were ordered to charge including Jacques himself has he cut the necks with God on his side.

The armies of Satan continued to die die and die with the zombies not backing down one bit. But suddenly the zombies came to a halt. They were just 1 kilometer away from kaub. The temperature dropped to 4° Celsius. And suddenly they heard roars of undead from around them.

"We're surrounded" Jacques said to his leaders. "I'll take my elite squad into the city while the rest of the army holds out here. Understood? Massie, you're in charge. Defend here and be wise don't risk anything." With that he ordered his elite squad who were his companions since Leipzig, into the city. Strangely it was very quiet.

He tried to fly but it didn't work... His powers seemed to have disappeared once he was in vicinity of the city. Then he realized that Satan's power was surrounding it until he saw a church. He told his men to go in and he could maybe just maybe bless his army which we defending the outside. He was able to fly in the church so he blessed his army not knowing if it worked or not.

With a deep breath him and his unit exited the church to be met with a small but consecutive amount of undead. They knew this was the devil trying to play with Jacques mind. Then while they kept walking through the caught a glimpse of.. the castle...
