this is a follow up to my making a fangame post

there are 2 free options lol:
1: gamemaker studio. i highly suggest this one, cuz there is a block language which is really similar to scratch, but its only in 2d. scratch but advanced
2. godot. godot is 3d and 2d, but, you have to learn a coding language for it. i do suggest blender for 3d modeling
3. roblox studio. just like godot but you have all the movement and so already coded in, so i consider that for free roam

chatgpt and tutorials online help a lot, so i consider using them

If you want to make like a classic that style game then I would recommend clickteam fusion or whatever their latest version is. If you just want to make free-roam horror game inspired by fnaf, I suggest Unreal Engine. Also if you can only code in scratch, I suggest you learn a coding language like C++ before you use these engines.
