basically for context a couple went to Disneyland for their honeymoon and went to a restaurant, she told the staff that she had extreme nut and dairy allergies and she had asked for the to be removed but her allergies spiked and even after doing everything they could but she sadly died and her husband filed a 50K dollar lawsuit against Disney but it wouldn't work because he had a free trial for Disney+ and that's why you don't go to Disneyland if you have allergies (I spent over 10 minutes on this message help me)
