True. But when you aren't playing with the Itchy Mod, when you're at 6-10 HP, Timothy gives you 5 damage. If you're at 1-5 HP, Timothy will just jumpscare. But when you DO have it on, Timothy deals 10 damage when he jumpscares you, no matter your HP before.
