for some reason I need some kinda permission to access the new one

when I copy and paste the link to Google it says I need to request edit access

It just says I need to request edit access
If this is what I think it is, the issue is simple
copy and paste the link somewhere
go to the end of it and delete "edit" and everything that comes after it
this will give you a copy link, meaning using it will prompt you to make a copy, rather than requesting edit access

Let me give you a visual aid

Take the Google doc link and delete the part in blue
then put it in your bio

Something that long won't fit in the bio though

Can you attach it to a bit.ly or something else?

Could you make a post with that on it and put the image link in your bio?
