Unfortunately, I did not originate the list, I took it from someone else's source and did not check each city to see if true, however since you brought Detroit to my attention, I did check the news and found that your Police Chief did his job and quelled the possible riots as soon as they started. Kudos to him! I don't know how to fix this meme, but I have fixed my personal copy.
