This is nasty total fake - get rid of it - Google Images brought me here - Nancy Pelosi was sworn in on 9 June 1987. Pres Reagan left office on 20 Jan 1989. Other than perhaps the introduction of a new member to the President, Pres Reagan would not really have know Member Pelosi and certainly would not have said this. Googling this will result in all negative fact checks - one saying "pants on fire"
