I have been sleeping on a hard ass couch futon thingy for the past 2 years.

we live off of $250 a month worth of food stamps.

but the futons costed $300 a piece.

my mom also voluntarily got rid of her queen sized bed

when I was a lot younger, my dad flipped our bedroom door’s locks (me and my sister shared a room back then) so when my mom was absent, he could lock us in there and we couldn’t get out.
