Yes. This is RNG Abuse. RNG ABUSE; And RNG Abuse doesn't require any hardware modifications. Yup. But there is a program that allows RNG abuse to be much easier that doesn't require any hardware modifications. Sounds right to me. Yes it is because it requires modifying the hardware. Then RNG Abuse is not against the rules as you aren't modifying the game or console in anyway!
