if you dunno the origin, african men when they saw, well, you know. would say "god!" but due to their accents it sounded like "gyat!", which made the gyat slang word, honestly even if it really is a gen alpha slang word, its still funny unlike bullshit like "fanum tax" etc. "Big ass" jokes have been around for a while and honestly "gyat" is funny

its technically not a gen alpha slang word and more of a gen z slang word, i may just be tweaking cause i hate gen alpha kids so f**king much, but what do gen alpha kids have to use "gyat" for? its not like they are attracted to stuff honestly
