The malware is causing delay for approval in the streams I mod (I think) and I've read about Android devices having this | So apparently, I have pre-installed malware on my device. I've known this since I got the device because they device runs very slow, overheats, the battery drains very fast, and all of the other signs of malware on my device. When I use spotify or this account, the touchscreen stops working for a few seconds.
