What's wrong with people hating Susan? and why is she hated by the YouTube community?

IDK sincerely but there was so many people said that Susan Wojcicki made bad things like losing subs glitching and even many. After Susan leaving and got replaced by the stupidest CEO that even worse than David Zaslav that is Neal Mohan, Susan got died in 2 days ago. But in my opinion I never support Susan here.
