Chapter 1: Rain
Morioh-cho was usually a sunny town, with golden skies, warm ocean breeze, and the occasional clear view of Mutsu-Kabe hill range. Noriaki sighed angrily. Why rain? The whole reason he moved to Morioh was for the photography potential, but with this downpour? He’d be lucky to even have an unblurred camera lens. Noriaki leaned back under the shelter of the bus stop bench thingy (yk what i mean goddammit). The consistent pattern of rain droplets was broken by the sound of approaching footsteps.
The person came closer. He had a slim build, his greenish hair was swept to the side with a yellow headband. Noriaki immediately felt underdressed. The green-haired man wore a blue suit, styled with big platform boots. Compared to Noriaki’s plain trench coat, the man looked like a million dollars (or yen, but whatever). He wore a somewhat pissed expression as he sat down on the bench right next to Noriaki. In very small print on the man’s jacket, it read:
Kishibe Rohan.
