Lore for Leech: The Ones That Crave A Face or also known as Face Leechs are a species of 5-6 feet tall humanoids with moist skin and two hooked hands. Samples have been tested to results saying that Face Leechs are closely related to many kinds of worms and lampreys. At day they are not active, however at night they hunt prey which consists of mainly humans or small animals. How they hunt is that they use a clicking noise to locate their prey and then when they find them, they strike. At first they will bury their claws deep into the preys chest or ribcage which will excrete a venom that paralyzes the prey. After that, the true horror begins. The Face Leech will attach its mouth to the prey like a Lamprey and then rips the face off with surgical precision. The Face Leech will then use its face as its own and then leave. Scientists have theroized about why they do this. Some think its for sport and others think they do it to feed. Its unknown. To defend from a Face Leech attack, the Face Leech has some weaknesses. Due to it only having bones in its legs and barely a spine, people can use that to their advantage via slashing, gun fire, or physical punching. The most effective way to ward off Face Leechs however is Salt. Salt when touched by a Face Leech will make them shrivled at the landing spot of the salt which causes extreme pain for them. This will make them leave the area to hydrate again. At the moment there are 10 Face Leeches captured in Blood Moon Corporations being fed Prisoners, Rodents, or small pigs.
