I had glasses for a condition in my eye, and I just stopped using them. It was hard, but my eye actually repaired and doesn’t need glasses
My stepbrother had adhd meds and they made him antisocial and feel like shit. He wasn’t himself. He stopped taking them and felt better. It’s always hard, but worth it

The thing is is that in the past they don’t make me feel like shit after consistently using them for a week, it’s the first week that’s hard
