Worst because I had to stay up to help TWO friends with mental issues, best because the gf <333

My night was okay but this morning is horrible

Why is that?

Mostly private matters but seeing all these people having breakdowns and not being okay at night when I can’t be there to help them feel safe

Don’t beat yourself up over the last part, you can’t expect to always be there if someone needs you.

Well I was dealing with one friend who had cut himself and trying to give him ways to stop doing that

Then I had to help another friend who was having a panic attack as a result of a conversation with a different friend

Then me and the girlfriend cuddled
