Godzilla with Master Chief's voice: I imagine Godzilla sounding like an experienced, old, slightly bitter man who simply wants a bit of peace in his life.
Mothra with Pieck's (AOT) voice: Pieck's English VA sounds soothing and almost maternal, fitting for Mothra's character as a gentle giant and a guardian.
Rodan with Narancia's (JJBA) Voice: I always imagined Rodan sounding a bit hyperactive and a tad bit childish. Narancia sounded like that, so I figured the same could be applied to Rodan.
Ghidorah's Voices: Ichi has the voice of Eve (NieR Automata) since Eve's voice sounds calm one moment and sounds aggressive the next. I headcanon Ichi being similar. Ni would have Bakugou's (MHA) voice since the two are always aggressive and looking for a good fight. San has Mob's (Mob Psycho 100) voice as San would probably be the more cautious and quiet type.
Biollante with Kainé's (NieR) voice: I always imagined Biollante sounding like an angry big sister at times, while being able to show genuine care to those who need it. Kainé's voice sounds like that and it would fit Biollante.
Kiryu with Glamrock Freddy's (FNAF) voice: I headcanon Kiryu as sounding like a protective semi-young father, like Glamrock Freddy does.
