Sad wojak cycle

Take an Internet break if you’re in a bad cycle, read some good books and go somewhere cool, like a summer festival or just a walk in a local park.

I....I didn't expect someone to give actual advice....I thought I would either get "same" or "lmao"....

I need to spend less time online myself, and I’ve know firsthand how good it feels to get out and about and smell the fresh air and feel the shade and the sunlight, or dive deep into a good book and smell the paper and the ink… hope it helps :)
