The Russian is kinda lazy and uses his voice to control the orphan to do his evil bidding, also because the orphan is kinda op with the ability to copy other abilities.
The Russian adopted the orphan. He thought he would have a normal father but he got a prick as a boss.
Blond dude does spoil the orphan with sweets, gifts and clothes tho.
