Both have extreme speed and strength, being able to cause great destruction with ease.

However

Super Sonic easily has the speed advantage, BUT, Collector has way more stamina, because 100% Collector has basically infinite energy while using that form, and Super Sonic can only power up for a few minutes, before reverting to normal Sonic. So the fight depends on how well Sonic fights. I think he could win, but only if he wasn't pulling his punches, which he often does.
