my grandma and doctor put me up for therapy when i DO NOT need it.

i literally said "maybe...?" when he asked me about it bc i didn't want to sound rude.

what's worse? it's one of the companies that was involved in a pretty bad time in my life, plus i don't trust therapists.

that bad time being a weird period between my dad getting out of jail (when i don't think he should've) and my mom getting full visitation rights after a DUI i think

i had to see this therapy lady at school who i really didn't say anything to, the school counsoler (which is why i hate therapists) and these family group meetings

the reason i hate therapists is bc the counciler (can't spell lmao) told my dad a very serious issue when i felt worried to personally WAAAAAY later then needed and my dad screamed at me when i got in his truck. it was a bad night. her excuse? "giving me time to correct the problem myself" bitch i have told you several times that i do not feel comfortable telling my dad about it personally and you did not listen until the issue hit a breaking point.

i never want to be in her room again for ANY reason.

i honestly have no clue why i haven't told you the shit i've gone through.
