quickly be racist

I have an idea for a new weapon its called the bird caller whistle and basically you click LMB to blow the whistle and it has a 30% chance of spawning bird (has variations that scale from level, lowest level and weakest one only spawns small birds like blue jays or pigeons, highest level spawns eagles or ravens) and the more weapon skills you unlock the better the birds get and you get more skills where the birds attack for you and every 50 weapon levels the bird chance increases by 1.25% (2.50% chance after awakening assuming that max level is at least 200 after the update) is this a stupid idea or a good idea or maybe it could be spirit weapons instead?
