help, why does this arm look wrong? :(

The shoulder is leaning a bit too much down, kind of dragging the arm down

I think if you tuck the arm before the back it would look ok. All the other comments look right, too.

I think the upper arm is a bit shorter
and the elbow pokes out a bit
